Meet Your Health Care Team...

At Pediatric Care Associates, we feel that all of our staff play an important role in your child's healthcare.
 

The front desk staff will greet you when you check-in for your appointment.  They will verify all your demographics and have you fill out any additional forms needed for your appointment.  Additionally, they answer phones, schedule appointments and sign patients/families up for MyChart.

 

 Our clinical staff will then prepare you for your appointment with your provider.  They will check your vitals and ask any pertinent questions as to why you are seeing your provider.  They also administer screenings such as hearing and vision and administer immunizations as part of your well child visit.  

 

 Next, you will see your provider!  To get to know your provider, you can read all of their short bio's here.  Our providers provide a full scope of primary care services, including but not limited to, diagnosis, treatment, preventative care and health maintenance.   

 

 Sometimes, children and parents need someone to talk to.  We have a Integrated Behavioral Health Clinician to provide consultation, evaluation, education, brief treatment, and referral guidance for our families.  You can read her short bio under Behavioral Health Tab.   

You may meet our Medical Home Care Coordinator along the way as well.  He provides one-on-one education and outreach to help our patients and their families connect with services and resources beyond our practice.
 

 Once your appointment is complete you will check-out with our check-out staff.  They will provide you with your after-visit summary and book any follow-up visits that you may need.   

 

 Our triage staff answers parent/guardian/patient calls and gives medical advice as needed and schedules same day sick appointments.  

 

 The practice manager manages incoming and outgoing medical records requests and completes all patient related forms and daily operation of the office. 

 

 Our billing staff member works to ensure that all patient accounts are correct and up to date. She also works very closely with our providers, staff, and patients to answer and resolve any account questions or issues.   Please send a message via the MyChart portal app for any billing related questions.
